28 de febrero de 2024 - Fecha límite de inscripción anticipada $290 USD
10 de febrero de 2024: fecha límite para la presentación final del formato A (una página) y/o del trabajo completo opcional (formato B). Utilice plantillas y ejemplos publicados (consulte Formato) para verificar el formato requerido. Después de la fecha límite, las presentaciones se considerarán una por una y sujetas a limitaciones de tiempo. Espere un aviso de aceptación, aproximadamente dos semanas a partir de la fecha de presentación, según corresponda, o más durante los días festivos sujetos al proceso de revisión.
27 de marzo de 2024: fecha límite de inscripción habitual: $340 USD. Este pago incluye dos trabajos presentados. Trabajo extra $50 USD
Inscripción después de la fecha anterior $400 USD
Asiste como estudiante y/o profesional del área $30 USD (Se le dará material del Congreso a las 25 primeras personas), presentado credencial de su institución académica y/o empresa afín.
Del 15 al 19 de abril de 2024 se puede pagar únicamente en efectivo a la entrada del Congreso Pahce2024 en nuestra sede Cinvestav, Ciudad de México
Se requiere inscripción para la inclusión de los trabajos presentados en el programa y su publicación en IEEE Xplore.
“Los trabajos presentados después del 10 DE FEBRERO DE 2024, quedarán sujetos a consideración del Comité para su revisión y posible aceptación. El Comité se Reserva el Derecho de Recepción de los mismos”
Publicación, previa aceptación, de resúmenes (Formato A) O artículos (Formato B) en Actas del Congreso. Sujeto a registro e información proporcionada a los autores.

Abstracts are invited on the topics listed above and other areas related to practical aspects or issues related to health care. The abstracts/papers stating clearly the purpose, results or status, and conclusions should be 300-600 words in length (Format A) plus up to three to five references as applicable. The abstracts can be submitted in English or in Spanish. When submitting abstracts in Spanish, it is recommended that a title in English will also be included below the title in Spanish. OR in Format B (Extended Paper - see below for details) or if desired, in both formats. Poster OR oral presentations.
